Okay, So I have this one question. I'm reasonably skinny, It's just that I've got a lot of fat in the chest/stomach area, what's the quickest way/most efficient way to lose that? What type of exercises do I focus on?

I recommend that you build some muscle first. During that you will lose some of the the fat of not all. But if not then you turn to more cardio with your lifting. The belly fat will be the last thing to go. Hope this helps
