What are some good workouts that tones up the stomach and chest area? Any suggestions please.

To tone up u need to lose weight. Try cardio, HIIT running and skipping rope really work. Do different variations of crunches for abs and planks, mountain climbers and lying down leg raises. To work ur chest do push-ups is u have no equipment and yes they actually really work. U can also do bench press etc if u have gym access. To really tone a muscle and not make it bigger u can do higher reps. Between 8 to 12 reps to build muscle and higher than 12 reps to tone can also work.
