Im going on a trip with my friends in about two months, and were going to a waterpark. I want to not be so scrawny I can take my shirt off to go swimming without being embarrased. Is that enough time and what workouts can I do do help with arm/forearm strength?

I lift weights three times a week for half an hour each, with cardio in between days. I log my numbers and always push for more. I eat fairly clean with a good amount of protein. In two months I have noticed a definite difference.
