Every day cheat day...need motivation

I know how u feel I had lost15lbs by cutting my carbs but I started getting mercury poisoning and I ate carbs again I feel shitty ...it's hard getting motivated again

Just think positive and about how you want to look I seriously look at females with six packs everyday it gets me motivated to eat healthy Nd workout I have Ms.Bailey as my screen saver and when I want a cookie I just look at her. Maybe a workout buddy? Find someone near your area a friend maybe to keep u motivated I started out like that in 8th grade a friend then she stopped but I kept going. Find what works for you and don't put yourself down love yourself and once you love yourself you'll try your best...

to speed up your metabolism 
1. put water in the freezer over night and drink it through the day it helps.
eat more oatmeal to burn fat.. it fills you up and it burns fat.

Thats right .i agree with this. How hard i try after a week or 2 i start eating food with fats and could not control .
