Had some headache, took a painkiller and went to gym. Not a good idea i discovered. But i managed. Did 35 min workout and 20 min cardio

What's your rest heart beat? Mine is 60bpm.

I just asked cos its related to the vo2 max so lower the resting beats the better. Professional athletes have it in range of 40-50 bpm.

When i dont smoke it lowers to 45

Lower vo2 max means you live longer:-)
