Any exercise regime to do the first pull up in 2 weeks?

I'm 16, 164cm (i know i'm short) and getting ready for a fitness test in 2 weeks. Help!

Get a pull up band, and do some jump and hold pull ups 30 jumps and holds for 3 second 3 sets
