Hi everyone! Whic one is the best: running or workouts (without equipment)?

The best is a combination

Both would be awesome. Both are equally good. When you've clear weather go for running. If not a clear weather, opt for workouts.

Both are best at their places . Running is gud to lose fats or u can do sprint which i think is better than running. Workouts without equipments is gud for teenagers , it does not stops height. Crunches,pushups,squat all are cool exercises which can give better results

Depends what your aim is. If your wanting to get fitter do running. If your wqnting to lose fat and all that wokout.
