Yah so Anybody know the best chest workouts for people with gyno? Preferrably without any gym equipments ?
Get a weight bench and some weights or join a gym if you can.
I would recommend doing muscle isolation to target the chest area so you fill the chest with muscle, also do compound body exercises like press ups, sit ups, pull ups, sqauts and running to burn fat.
There will be some excess there still but it will improve.
I did research on this particular case. I spoke to countless head and neck specialist and plastic surgeons. Spoke to a lot of guys that have it etc. There ain't a pill on the market. Press ups etc doesn't work. The only person that could helped me was a plastic surgeon. He suggested that the excess tissue that is behind the nipple must be removed surgically. He actually told me that you can do countless push ups etc will not affect. I do not discredit the replies that is on here but I only can comment on what I came to knowledge in doing my research
