How does masturbation affect workout results and health in general?

Of late, the views have been conflicted on the matter, so I request you to provide some credible link if possible. Certainly not binding.

That's not very nice.in our brain we produce seratone naturally in our brain sex and any pleasurable activities produce the feeling of pleasure in our brain.Sex or the likes isn't relevant in working out . although hormones do play a part in getting a rock hard abs.

It doesn't affect at all apart from that sexual relief, whether it's by yourself or with another person, releases hormones that makes you feel good. So you could say it's just healthy. At the same time not doing it isn't unhealthy either.

One thing you people are forgetting: sperm has a lot of proteins, and everytime you do your thing, proteins are waisted. I mean, yeah it feels good but don't overdo it or you'll lose and shitload of proteins. Think about the gainz man.
