Hey Guys, I'm a 6'5", 205lb, left handed pitcher and was wondering if anybody could recommend some workouts to increase my velocity for my freshman year of high school baseball. Thanks for helping, Hunter~
Work with arm bands. My college trainer told me to do arm band work outs 3 months ago. I do them 3 times a day 5 days a week and I went from throwing 85mph to 92mph and I don't even pitch. I play first and catch. Look up arm band work outs and try them!!
I'm a pitcher too. Like the ppl above me. Wall sits, and arm bands. All sits because most power while pitching comes from the legs. Not the arm. But arm bands are nice cause they just help. Good look man
