Maybe start lifting some heavy iron and eat some clean food. I know how irresistible bacon cheeseburgers are though.
Look up Shaun T 7 day slim down. It is not that hard of a diet and you only have to do it for well a week. I didn't loose that much weight, but I did get skinnier. I didn't exercise while doing it so I didn't gain any muscle.
