Hey there guys :D
I'm Marco, 19 years old
I weight about 53KG and about 180cm tall.

I wanna build some muscles at home since I'm pretty thin and not very muscular :(
So how long does it take for a thin guy to gain some nice biceps and abs?
And should I gain more weight to have greater muscle mass?
And finally how many time should I work out a week?
Thank you

I'm going to bump a topic. Want to gain or lose weight. Read thru it, as it's pretty thourough. Once your done there, dl a calorie counter. Visit Acaloriecounter.com and also head over to bodybuilding.com and ready thru jim stoppani program shortcut to size. You'll have all the knowledge needed at that point.

As for how. Well it takes a long time bro. Fall in love with the pain, and be patient.  Don't expect miracles, you can not reverse a life of not lifting by doing some workouts.

How many times you want to workout is up to you. Eat healthy protein like lean meats, they help build muscle. Eat a balanced diet. Do weightlifting. Don't start with too heavy weights. While lifting, I'd suggest u start out lifting lighter weights while doing longer reps. Increase the weight as you get used to it. Then eventually lift heavier weights with shorter reps. You have to be determined and have patience

I was you and I started off with free weights discs at home because I'm skinny I don't want to be in a gym that's the last place I want to be to get yourself a nice set for home. Go to calisthenics at your age I was break dancing and I could do 10 vertical push-ups use your light body weight to get your body used to these push-ups and you you may be skinny like I was but you'd be Rock Solid. Don't spend the first half of your life trying to get big and buff because the second half you'll be trying to slim down look after your heart and deep yoga and calisthenics. If you're like me you're going to have to be patient and by the time you retain the Buddy size that you won't you won't care anymore and neither will anybody else enjoy your life mate.
