I'm not much of a drinker but I've always wondered what really is the best cure for hangovers. I've googled it and encountered different answers. I'd appreciate any suggestions from you guys. :)

My favorite cure for EVERYTHING is alka seltzer. Works wonders for hangovers.

Gatorade or anything with electrolytes. A hangover is the result of severe dehydration from the alcohol. Before you go to bed after a night of drinking take two low dose tylenol, a big glass of water, and a piece of bread. In the morning have a gatorade and another glass of water. Oh and try to stop drinking within 8 hours of when you plan to wake up.

Tylenol is really bad for you when mixed with alcohol. Your liver converts it to a toxin. Do ibuprofen or aspirin instead.

Why would someone drink if they know theyre gonna get sick the dat after!?

There are benefits to drinking, moderately of course. Some simply forget why they're drinking afterwards.

Before you go out drinking you should eat a good meal. This will absorb the alcohol and slow the rate the alcohol in absorbed into the bloodstream. Then after drinking and when u get home drink a bottle of gatorade. This will put electrolytes back into your body because the alcohol dehydrates you.

Drink water as much as you can and eat carbo (bread, oat, honey, juice and sugar) betwen and after drinking. I have never got drunk just eating carbo! 😉

Look for a drink called GTox... You drink it before you go to sleep after a night out and you'll wake up like it nearly didn't happen!

Apparently a hangover is a form of allergy to alcohol caused by dehydration.
If you get a hangover the first few times, you will always get a hangover.
AVOID ALCOHOL OR WORK. 😉
