Having a hard time losing lower fat and love handles
I will recommend hiit workouts with sets of 20/30 secs of exercise and 10 secs rest. The classic one is the 7 minute scientific workout. You can start with short ones (less than 10 minutes )twice a week and then try longer ones as you get better. One day of slow cardio, something like running or biking. You can start with half an hour of easy exercise. Try as well to take care of what you eat. I don't mean to start a diet , just to say no to that hamburger if you have any other choice.
