I try exercising so that I reduce few pounds and get abs however each time I jerk off...which I do once a day I do feel kinda tired...now I got two questions
1) Am I loosing large amount of energy or is it just my mind playing games with me?
2) Does this take away the proteins which were meant to help my muscles?

I don't know about losing energy, that is up to you to figure out, you may figure that you perform better if you wait until after your workouts...

but the amount of protein in semen is minimal. Think about it, even if what came out was 100% protein, you would only lose a couple grams at most.

The amount of calories or protein in semen is not enough to worry about. The amount of protein or calories or fat or carbs in a half teaspoon of almost ANYTHING is not enough to worry about.
