Try to avoid starchy foods in the diet, go easy on the fat. Try yoga and HIIT workouts :)
x60 Swats with a kettlebell 10-20kg. Use a wide stance. Keep shins and torso vertical. Dont let your knees over come past your feet. Avoid any root vegetables that includes tapioca, carrots and potatoes.
