Too many routines, I'm overwhelmed. Where do I begin? I don't wanna do the 3 week challenges, I am looking for something permanent, something I can do every day.

Hey.. Why don't you create your own schedule? That way you can do what you want and set the dates and times for it.. There's that 'save for later' setting or the 'add to calendar' that could help.. And it helps when you variate your workouts and not just the same thing all the time
