I'm gonna be honest I'm fat I need to know if anyone knows a workout that helps get rid of man boobs?

Aden, You can do this, 1st thing check your diet. Ease up on the things you eat that you KNOW are causing this. 2nd move your body, stretch, yoga, planks, push-ups (even if it's on your knees) you'll get there. Make this a daily lifestyle change. Daily Yoga will improve all aspects of health including moobs! It will lead into the strength and fitness you seek!

I would add that moobs and fat on hips are a symptom Of low testosterone and estrogen dominance! Avoid doing too much long runs or long bike rides or anything that will keep cortisol levels high for too long. Cortisol robs the building blocks you need to build testosterone So lifting weights with adequate rest to lower cortisol will raise testosterone. You can lift hard and heavy and or do sprints etc. also avoid estrogen promoting foods such as soy. Soy is in a lot of processed foods. I would recommend a caloric deficet along with a 3 day a...

I agree with ryno, aside from the soy thing. Yes soy is plant estrogen. Not the same estrogen found in humans though. I was a vegan/ vegetarian for a decade. Blood panel showed t levels above norm even without a lifting regimen. Then again everyone is different, but I'll reiterate a point that there is no solid scientific data that shows soy will decrease t counts. Anyways, there are foods that actually can increase t levels. Like red meat. Sat fats is cholesterol and cholesterol is a precursor for cortisol. But as said get to heavy lifting combined with cardio.

eat clean, do tons of cardio to sweat the fat off, and do some chest and arms! ;)
