How would you suggest one should eat, meals, diets or so on? Any particular suggestions please? Thank you.
If u dont know what to do go and ask a doctor,....and if u cant ($$$), just downlaod an app for it or watch the health shows on t.v that would give u a good boast and have the perfect solution ( like the doctors !!)
meaning, lots of veggies, fruits, lean meats like (fish, chicken, lean ground beef, steak..etc) and only whole wheat/whole grain breads and pastas!!
nourish your body with the right foods, amd good things will come out of it.
i would also try to calculate your calorie defict if your trying to loose weight!! :)
Your body is an engine, we all want to be sports cars so stop putting regular unleaded into your belly and put the premium fuel in (green leafy veggies, lean meats and healthy fats). Losing weight and getting healthy is so easy, eat clean, eat a calorie deficit or if gaining muscle a calorie surplus, drink tons of water, exercise regularly.
If you don't have time, your making excuses, it takes just as long to order food and go pick it up as it takes to throw healthy foods in a blender and drink it. Everyone can be happy with their body composition, but for those who want to be in the 1% sacrifices must be made!
