Best weekly workout split?

Hey guys,
Can someone suggest me the best workout split, I wanna target my chest and arms more, so any split which is concentrated to these groups?
Help will we appreciated :)

My current workout split.
Mon. Chest and obliques
Tue. Biceps and triceps
Wed. Abs
Frid. Rest
Sat. Shoulders and back
Sun. Rest

I doubt there is any real "best" workout split, and you'll find thousands of different answers from different ppl.

Check out for where i got these, but i used em for almost a year and it was good

Beginner Weight Training: Workout A
Beginner Weight Training: Workout B

The plan is a three day full body split per week, with workouts going ABA, BAB, ABA, BAB, etc.
With off days for cardio and core work

There is supposedly a good reason, explained on the website better than I can do it, for beginners to keep things simple and get max results from big compound exercises.

Here they are with specific exercise warmup time included, general full body pre workout warmup is still recommended.

Beginner Weights A (with Warmup)
Beginner Weights B (with Warmup)
