Cant do leg raises!!

Hello guys,
Hope yall r doing good,
No matter how much i try. I cant do the hanging leg raises WITH my legs straight, and i have problems doing the lying leg raises too. I guess i train my lower abs fairly good, does the lower back or the hip flexors play any role here? If they do or u know a solution please care to reply :) Have a nice day

A good way to start is download the Convict Conditioning app. It helps you build the strength to do: hanging leg raises, one arm chin ups, one arm push ups and one leg squats all the way to the floor
