I'm a man, 18 y/o and want to gain some weight. Any advice for me?

Cut any cardio workouts out. You need to eat more than you burn. The more muscle you have, the more you need to eat to sustain them. Eat as much protein in grams as your body weight. 200pds=200g protein. Isolate for quick digestion after a workout. Regular whey for meal replacement or slow release of protein over the hours. Isolate absorbs in about 30 - 45 mins. Good for an hour. So then your out of protein. Don't eat McDonald's and so forth to gain. Eat clean and gain. Lots of lean clean meats like turkey. Lots of carbs, veggies. Eat 5 to 6 times a day. Biggest and best meal is breakfast. Make it hearty!
