Calisthenics Newbie. Any tips?

Hey everyone My name is Jorge. i look to tread the path of Calisthenics. Any suggestions are appreciated (current weight: 201 goal weight:185)

Heres something you can do to start off.

5 rounds of

20 push ups

30 air squats

40 knee tucks/moutain climbers

50 situps ( changing style each two rounds)

Via round 1-2 stright arm situps 3-4 90/90 crunches round 5 oblique crunches.

If these is too hard to start off with reps can be scaled down by 10

Welcome man and no i dont watch the programs ive just been training for awhile and know whats worked
