Hey everyone My name is Jorge. i look to tread the path of Calisthenics. Any suggestions are appreciated (current weight: 201 goal weight:185)
Heres something you can do to start off.
5 rounds of
20 push ups
30 air squats
40 knee tucks/moutain climbers
50 situps ( changing style each two rounds)
Via round 1-2 stright arm situps 3-4 90/90 crunches round 5 oblique crunches.
If these is too hard to start off with reps can be scaled down by 10

Learn the essential bodyweight exercises first such as push ups, pulll ups, dips and squats. You will build a STRONG foundation to help you progress effectively into more advanced movements.
