Trying to gain weight and tone muscle. I'm 6'6 185 pounds. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated 9 Min Bodyweight Challenge

Your diet is key. You must consume 500 more calories a day than what it takes to maintain hour weight in order to gain a pound a week. Eat clean and keep your saturated fat low. Also lift heavy weights what you can do for 5/8 reps and rest from 1 minute to 2 a set. I have a bachelor's degree in dietetics. I also used to weigh 125 pounds and im 5/9 now im a lean 180. It may take time but it's worth it. Good luck!
