Workouts when you're Keto

Since the Ketogenic diet(lifestyle) is fairly young there doesn't seem to be a ton of info on keto workouts. I've read you can workout normal. Also read you can't work out the same when you're burning fat for fuel vs carbs for fuel. I've read HIIT 3days and uphill sprints on 2 recovery days.
So much info, please help

You can work out normally on Keto. If you are experiencing unusual muscle fatigue or burnout, you may have an electrolyte imbalance. Ketogains is a great body-science driven resource for training on the Ketogenic diet.
