I been wounding which way is the the best way to do push up on the floor or stand on the wall ( I do it stand on the wall ) is there and right way
It depends on what muscles you're targeting. Standard pushups tend to work the lower chest and triceps the most, while a wall-pushup will work the Deltoids more than the chest (with the exception of the Pectoralis Minor).
I don t know which r better but i do them on my stairway
