Recently I survived a Heart Attack. I am physically in shape. Been in the US Army for over 22 years, currently deployed again. I will be redeploying back early now due to the attack. I was wondering if anyone knows or knew of workouts I can use during my recovery. Thank you all.

Get a stress test done to see if your heart is up to it then start easy. Push your self but get a heart monitor and watxh for changes that could indicate abnormalities. Im not a dr but through research and training others this is what ive observed

Well Richard first rest a bit. It is very important that you r doing easy works out. Start to walk slower, faster, slower check how your heart react for it. You can control it is fine you r out of breath stop any try to breath calmly. Just listen to your own body. Take it easy.
