I want to fill up my fridge with healthy foods. I'm aiming to lose weight working out/eating healthy, so do you guys have ideas on foods to get & not to get? I just turned 17 yesterday & I'm like 140lbs.

Well all kinds of vegetables and fruit

* reduced or non fat mozzarella/cheese
* turkey pepperoni 
* egg
* Oregano
* Basil
* Garlic
* Onion
* Salt
* Splenda
* Tomato paste 
* Chicken/bird meat
* sasame oil light
* white or black beans
* baby spinach
* Lemon
* sea scallops
* coconut oil 
* Non fat greek yogurt 
* white vinegar 
* worchestercire sauce 

The list goes on and on are u looking for receipts ?

Otherwise eat chicken 2 a week, fish 3 times a week and red meat 1 a week. Don't eat bread, only drink water, don't eat junk etc.
