Im not tryna loose any weight if anything i need to gain sum weight n would like to build some muscle. but im skinny as hell n keep looseing weight

If you want to get big muscles and put on some bulk my tips will be. Lift heavy. You should be able to do 8 reps maxium. Increase protein and carbs in your diet.

Mainly increasing ur protein and get do max weights. Ur reps should be 5, 3, 1 max rep. But the first 2 weeks. Do what u normally do for weight lifting. So u know ur standards
