What kind of help do you need?
Well just did my first workout on here! like this app alot i hope it will get me fit n toned!
Im not tryna loose any weight if anything i need to gain sum weight n would like to build some muscle. but im skinny as hell n keep looseing weight
Mainly increasing ur protein and get do max weights. Ur reps should be 5, 3, 1 max rep. But the first 2 weeks. Do what u normally do for weight lifting. So u know ur standards
