I feel bloated soon after eating... Especially at night. Any suggestions regarding the exercises to cure bloatedness?
Exercise can create water retention, especially if your just starting out. Its your bodies way ofnprotecting itself while you heal. Try to cut out sodium, soda, aspertame... and if you are eating high fiber foods that could be doing it too.
Oh, and no water pills or diuretics!!! That's a temp solution that will only dehydrate you!
Found a cure to the problem...I have started spending time in the morning...beathing exercise and ab work... Works great for me...now no bloated tummy. I feel full of confidence
