2 pieces of chicken breast or fish with salad and cottage cheese seems to be my favourite.

Cucumber slices wrapped in thin deli turkey slices. It is simple but it is quick and healthy. Maybe throw in some mustard and a bit of pepper for flavor. Or a can of tuna made with a small amount of light mayo, mustard, relish, pepper and paprika wrapped in lettuce.

I usually start off with boiled chicken breast and brown rice because there's SO many possibilities. By itself with a salad. Chop up the chicken and pan fry it with veggies and low cal Thai sauce served over the rice. Shred  the chicken and mix with rice and a tbsp or two of low sodium salsa and low fat cheese in a tortilla for a nice little burrito. SO many different things you can do!

If vegeterian, eat soyabin, it has good amount of protein. Its healthy and tasty....

I make a mango broccoli salad.

12oz shredded broccoli
1 mango cubed
3TB mango chutney (find it around pickles, look hard! Its sneaky )
3TB yogurt (peach/mango/ plain/Greek/lemon/lime/u can go where ever u want with it.
Juice from 1 lemon/lime (can add zest, also)

Mix it all up and pop it in the fridge for at least 30 mins.

Add a meat if u like and eat over lettuce. Really good
