I make a mango broccoli salad.
12oz shredded broccoli
1 mango cubed
3TB mango chutney (find it around pickles, look hard! Its sneaky )
3TB yogurt (peach/mango/ plain/Greek/lemon/lime/u can go where ever u want with it.
Juice from 1 lemon/lime (can add zest, also)
Mix it all up and pop it in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
