I agree with brian j... there are bmi calculators online, but the results are vague. There is a tool nutritionists use to measure your body fat personally. I am 5'4 and I am 117... now someone could be my same height and weight 10 lbs more or less and it wouldn't look much different from me. Its all based on your build and fat to muscle ratio. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. I would go based on opinions you find online. Id take the suggestion someone gave of seeing a specialist. They will usually give you a weight range.
