Is coffee good during workout?

I have found a link which says that coffee is very beneficial for health. I wonder if it is true during the intensive workout. Please suggest!

Its good, but if you drink too much its bad.
during workouts no its not good but its good at morning.

Yes cofee is good for health, 2-3 cups a day , but not during workout...

Well in my opinion coffee is a great pre workout... The caffeine will give you the energy you need you go through your workouts.. Alot of these pre workouts come loaded with caffeine. During a workout......... Only if you need to keep going to finish regime.. Just sip on it... The caffeine will give you an energy boost...
