Egg white omelette with peppers, onions and turkey. Banana slices with some peanut butter. A fruit salad. I wish I could be more help. I like it quick and simple seeing as I am rushing around in the mornings. I hope these atleast stimulate some new ideas!

Parfait! Greek yogurt, granola, strawberries, blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon on top put it in a fancy cup and layer it! Enjoy:)

i feel u cuz i realy get borad 2...i have some recipes u may know, but here it gose:
1(overnight oats)
-1/3c oats
-1/3c yogurt
-1/3c(or 1/2c ) milk(any kind u like)
-1/2T chia seed
-pinch of cinnamon & salt
mix at night..& top it n the morning with what u like(berries..nuts..etc) i like a splash of coconut milke..or use this link

2(protein pancakes)im not a big fan but they turned out good:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 TBS psyllium husk(i used tapioca flour)
- 1 whole egg
- 3 strawberries chopped
- About 1/2 cup of water (or soy/almond milk if you like it creamy)
NUTRITION FACTS:222 calories, 6g fat, 14g carbs, 30g protein..again, heres the link wher i found it 4 more variations: or the gluten free pancake:
1 rip banana + 2 eggs

4(smoothies): i make a different recipe depending on what i have in my fridge.. i hope that helps..cuz i have more(like a fritatta recipe)

Mate, I have been making that first oats recipe for the last few days. Its unreal. Absolutely loving it. Thanks for sharing it.

yah it is so yummy & easy to make!!
14 Jul fav topping is papaya, almond, bluberries & 1/4 cup of coconut milk...yumm

Bircher muesli
Grated apple, oats, sultanas and cinnamon soaked in apple juice and left in the fridge overnight.
Spoon a portion into your bowl and stir through some greek yoghurt.
Seriously delicious,  base mix keeps for 3days.
