So I just wanted to start a post about HEALTHY ways to lose weight, or become toned or bulk! I found this tip SO helpful

"Do NOT skip meals! What happens is your metabolism slows down, and you are not burning calories as you should be! So your body thinks you're starving which causes your body to store away more which causes an INCREASE in fat!"

It's all about balance loves😽 what are your favorite motivational quotes or tips!!!

I agree you shoudnt mis meals. But your body doesnt go into starvation mode just because you mis one meal :-)

Yeah it's true! Your body somehow switches itself to a 'survival' mode and metabolism decreases so that small amount of food you take in could last the whole day...that's what I've heard. Correct me if I'm wrong:)

I'm glad I don't skip any meals :P haha I eat so much and don't gain weight (/.\)

Same things anytime I eat anything I dont gain fat I eat a bunch of meat corn brocile bruselsbrout (but I dont actualy I dont like them)
