Vegan recipes for no-cook protein bars and protein crumble
Yes, it is possible to be vegan, build muscle and have well defined abs! Although it's not hard to get enough protien as a vegan, you often have to eat lots of stuff you may not want - fats, sugars and simple carbs - in order to get it.
I've been vegan for about 2 years now, and I rely on a protein powder mix composed of pea, rice, hemp and potato protein extract that I order from TrueNutrition.com.
