Hey everyone,
I want to lose wight as fast as possible because every single day allot of people bothering me about my weight.
Plz tell me what i can do
P.s : my wheight is 71.6 kg and im only 14 years old

Learn to control your calories.l is the first step. You may want to stick with like 1200-1500 a day. Choose your food carefully, stay away from alot of calories (obviously), fat, and carbs. And go for whole wheat grains. And lastly do alot of cardio workouts, they get the blood pumping and helps metabolism plus Burns the Fat for energy faster.

Get your doctor Anne parents on broad with u fine some good books to help a south beach diet is a good one and just stay away from fast food is great start

And forget people who tease other people they not happy with there self so they point out other people problems to try to make them feel better
