To lose fab on legs and gain lean muscle? 7 wks!!!! Before shcool strats back. By EATING FOOD? Any good recipes I should try ?

Losing weight is calories in < calories out. You should do lower body multi joint exercises to help burn more calories. Your lower body has bigger muscles than upper body thus stronger muscles. Bigger and stronger muscles need more fuel thus burning stored fat at fuel.
