How to lose belly fat fast

I only have belly fat and can't get rid of that . Any help? How many hours of work out should I do ? Is there any eating lifestyle that can help? Thank u.

Its all diet......well 90%u the other 10 is cardio cardio, If you build muscle it will be coverd with fat(no offense) Try a diet program and cardio 5-10 mins for 2 weeks move up to 10 to 20mins..... After a month you will notice a energy boost and stamina increase, sit ups and what not will build muscle under the fat.So you have to sweat it off and eat fruits and veggies.... tae bo ddp yoga anything involving cardio. Hope that helps
