Post-Workout Meal?

What exactly should I eat after a workout? I'm not sure what would be best.

My opinion protein shake bc its more convenient for me. Why protein?-after working out u need FAST digestion and rehydration. Protein stops the muscle breakdown and carbs replenish your fuel stores & together they stimulate muscle growth:-) another alternative is:eggs,chicken/turkey,fish,beans,almonds/peanuts,white potato... hope it helps:-)

Well refuelling with some protein and water is goodTry a peanut butter tortilla wrap with a salad.
