Healthy way to make eggs?

I fry my eggs in Bacon grease and butter. Its all i know. I NEED a new recipe

If you must fry, use extra virgin olive oil. Or some,Inge healthier. I normally just spray my pan with Pam and scramble my egg whites that way. Or use Pam to make an egg white omelet. Just allow it to cook thoroughly on the bottom before flipping.

I use coconut oil, it's very good for you

lol Mia bacon grease and butter!? that's like the worst possible way!!
i use a non stick pan and put a lid and slow cook them over low heat. that's seems the most natural way to me.
as lisa said, if you're gonna fry them, use EVOO
(although a small amount of butter for someone physically active and living healthy isn't the end of the world)

Bacon has a natural oil and butter is a vegetable oil which can be bad for you if u have too much, to be correct you should not have more then your thimp tip a day of butter

I use the Pam spray to make scrambled egg. It comes fluffy and light :)
