i am skinny.want to get a bit meaty real quick.any help?
Protein, as much as you can get. Beans, eggs, dairy, fish, meats, things like that. There are also supplements you can buy in stores or online for protein, to make like shakes and things like that. Also wheats, like bread, rice, flour. Don't go for an unhealthy bulk (i.e. gaining fat) try more to eat foods rich in proteins.
