srry bro... no i don't cause i am in the exact same boat as you! lol i eat icecream to weigh more but that doesnt help but i thought if u gain muscle youll weigh more n look better n be more stronger... so thats what ive been trying lol i just started yesterday xD

Protein, as much as you can get. Beans, eggs, dairy, fish, meats, things like that. There are also supplements you can buy in stores or online for protein, to make like shakes and things like that. Also wheats, like bread, rice, flour. Don't go for an unhealthy bulk (i.e. gaining fat) try more to eat foods rich in proteins.
