What is a good post workout meal?

From ur pic it looks like u are doing good & dont need help:-) my fav post workout meal is either -whey protein shake with fruits or a meal with chicken or fish

Lol thank u :) i eat the same thing but sometimes no matter how much i eat i still feel hungry n tired, i dont know why

You need proteins and carbohydrates. You can eat a tuna or turkey sandwich with a banana. I use for. The post workout food a protein shake with vitargo

Low fat or fat free cottage cheese...and don't throw away the liquid on top... That's actually whey protein.

Eat some protein and some complex carbohydrates. For example, eat some meat (chicken, fish, turkey, or lean beef) with brown rice and vegetables.

Egg whites maybe a berry protein shake! I eat to egg whites and a pre workout on life days and cardio I eat half an Apple with some nuts. Works well for me. Always follow with like 16oz of water and more whey protein it works.
