Hi! Im new here. I had a baby 9 months ago. I actually weighed less than i ever have for the first few months then i started gaining weight. I love working out but i love eating. I only want to lose like 15 pounds but i have problems knowing what is healthy and what isn't. Suggestions? :)

And of course i know the normal healthy and not healthy things. But like cheerios or crackers stuff like that. Im not a big fruit and veggie eater.
