I don't know what your daily routine is but looking to get some vitamin s you won't always have time to eat five small meals

Five small meals a day portions about as big as your fist that'll help get your metabolism going l drink plenty of water to stay hydrated oatmeal pretty good for breakfast and fruit just do some research I dk exactly what your looking for stay away from high transfat and high sodium
