potatoes for breakfast?

Just a quick question, is it healthy to fry potatoes (1 tsp veg oil) for breakfast?

Just made with tomato and spring onion and served with poached egg 😻

If you wanna to voluminizate, yes. I prefer the potato baked, I usually eat it as a postworkout! You know potato fries are not very good !

Is frying really bad for you if only using a little oil? I wouldn't know how to mix everything in so nice if not frying, and it was beautiful o.o

It's not unhealthy if you eat no more than twice a week. If you do fry use canola oil or coconut oil. Always let the good drain on paper napkins before eating.

When you heat oil it will oxidate and this is so bad because free radicals! They are bad for your health, but it isn't a problem if you don abuse.

It's good to eat complex carbs in the morning cause they increase your metabolism so you will burn more calories but it would be better if u bake them instead of frying
