Help i want to lost kilo

Hi everyone ..am trying to lost kilo but nothing change ...i want u tell me what kind of workout it will really work and in one day how much mint i do sport...really am feeling taird from these i need to lost kilo ..thax

Without any other information such as what you already do for exercise and eat here is the easiest answer: Do more exercise than you currently do. Every day. Eat less food (which really means eating less total calories) than you currently do and wait longer periods before you eat. Every day. Be prepared to feel uncomfortable, both exercising and eating. Go see you doctor.

Cross- fit it's great and if you make military diet to you wil lose wheigth so fast ;)
