After I work out, I get the worst sweet tooth ever! Any suggestions on how to ditch it without undoing all my progress?! Thank you!
I heard that dark chocolate is good for health or if you want you could eat fruit like grapes or blueberries.
Most of the time, when I eat something sweet, the craving will either continue or get stronger (personal experience). Try a banana or apple; they are very sweet and are pretty good for post workout. Hope this helps.
