After I work out, I get the worst sweet tooth ever! Any suggestions on how to ditch it without undoing all my progress?! Thank you!

Any fruits i would imagine straw berries grapes cantaloupe an orange

I heard that dark chocolate is good for health or if you want you could eat fruit like grapes or blueberries.

Fruit always makes my cravings worse :( I'm gonna have to look into pure dark chocolate though. Thank you!

     Most of the time, when I eat something sweet, the craving will either continue or get stronger (personal experience). Try a banana or apple; they are very sweet and are pretty good for post workout. Hope this helps.

I dark chocolte or fruit after a workout is not bad i mainly eat fruits or goose liver depends on how hard of a workout i had .

Anyone tried Brookside Chocolate? It's small pieces of fruit covered in dark chocolate. They come in small chocolate balls.
