How much cheating is okay?

I'm curious to know how much diet cheating in a month is okay?
I'm pretty good at keeping trying of my calories with the help of myfitnesspal. I'm a good girl :)

Depends a bit. But i would say every 5 to 7 days you can have a huge cheatmeal. If you have a cheatday keep it on 7 to 10 days.

Jillian Michaels says for a day 80/20. 80 being healthy choices 20 being cheat items

Getting sugar in your body once a week actually helps you lose weight but to much will store fat so  remember small portion

Well it's ok to cheat but u should be motivated and determined to crush that next course. To do that I think of how my body used to be and that ill never go back to that. That's wut gets me motivated
