How often do you allow a cheat meal? Im counting calories and using lose it app to help me. Ive been doing pretty good but what do you do when you have cravings. Is it okay to give in sometimes?
Well...I have a cheat meal once a week...it works for me but everyone is different...as long as you stick to a healthy diet then having a sweet treat or a little junk food wont be a problem because it'll just flush out your system if you exercise regularly :P REMEMBER!! Everything in moderation...
